The Spencer Blalock Memorial Scholarship

This scholarship shall be given to a student enrolled in the VGCC Electrical Systems Technology program and have at least a 2.5 high school or college GPA.  The student should be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours for fall and spring semesters.
