Jovan Q. Steed Annual Award Scholarship -

This scholarship was created in memory of Jovan Q. Steed who was killed due to gun violence. The recipient of this scholarship shall be given to a minority student from Vance County with a 3.0 GPA college and/or high school enrolled in at least 9 credit hours. Applicant must submit a short essay on how gun violence has affected them or their family. No other restrictions exist.
