Sam Watkins Jr. Memorial Presidential Excellence Award
A Presidential Excellence Scholarship has been created to provide assistance with tuition, books and fees to a deserving VGCC student. The recipient shall have a GPA between 2.5 – 3.3999 and be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours.
