Thanks to a generous endowment from the Delbridge family, Vance-Granville Community College is pleased to offer an education opportunity to a deserving student who resides in Warren County. The recipient shall have a college GPA between 2.5 – 4.0 and be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours.
