Scholarship to be given to a student from Franklin, Warren or Granville County. It may be granted to a Vance County student if no other student from the other 3 counties are available. Student shall be enrolled in at least 8 credit hours and have Radiography as their major. College cumulative GPA shall be between 2.5 – 3.3999.
