Guy Thomas and Lelle Courtney Horner/Guy T. Horner Presidential Scholar

Thanks to a generous endowment, Vance-Granville Community College is pleased to offer a scholarship to a deserving student. This was established for a student that is a resident of the Masonic Home for Children of Oxford. If a student cannot be identified, the recipient must possess a college GPA of 2.5 or greater and be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours.
