Mary Ruth Nelms was Granville County’s Clerk of Court for a long time. Mr. Nelms established a scholarship in memory of his wife. The recipient must be a resident of Granville County and hold a college GPA of at least 3.8. The recipient must be enrolled in at least 9 credit hours.
